Tell them you want to lease. If you can do security deposit, despite their marked up money factor, monthly payment for 3yr/10k is less than $300. If you really want to know, I can tell you how to make it less than $250 . cash due at signing is $4254 (see below for breakdown) but you get $1750 back at the end of lease. The entire time of lease you will be covered by maintenance and warranty unless you go over 50k miles.
It's likely $1300 to ship it to me, plus it lack of some options my wife would need (and as a oppo you probably don't) So I am passing along if anyone near by want to pick up a 328d M Sport.
Helluva deal if you ask me.
